PEDRO CORREA
After living in Madrid and Barcelona, he moved to Brussels where he studied oil painting and comic art at the Brussels Royal Academy of Arts. Fascinated by the works of Saul Leiter and how photography could give him the opportunity to paint reality with light, he has put all his heart and soul in this art for the last 5 years.
"All my art revolves around the beauty I find in cities, in elements that often go unnoticed. I try to reveal things by putting them in a different perspective, without modifying reality. Further to that idea, I never modify elements of a picture, merge different images or ask people to pose. There is in my opinion no need to force beauty, it is already out there."
In 2012 he worked with Magnum photographer Mark Power and exhibit his work in major Art Fairs around the world.
